West sponsored a knowledge management (KM) learning track Monday at LegalTech New York. The afternoon session titled “KM from a Client Services Perspective” featured Meredith Williams, director of knowledge management at Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz in Memphis.

Williams says the LegalTech session she participated in discussed the growth of KM from truly internally-focused knowledge management processes to initiatives to more focused on what the client wants.
