Each day seems to bring out the details of a new case somewhere in the world related to cyberbullying involving teenagers. Harassing emails or text messages, or hurtful and malicious comments posted to social networking sites, are getting more attention from police, schools and governments looking to take on this new brand of bullying in the digital world.
Our latest Legal Current podcast explores cyberbullying and its global trends with Tom Jacobs, a former juvenile and family court judge, who researched the crime for his book Teen Cyberbullying Investigated. The judge’s expertise and insights on the topic is definitely worth listening to.
Also on the podcast, we hear about some legal technology trends discussed at the International Legal Technology Association’s (ILTA) recent conference. Our guests for that portion of the show are Meredith Williams, a vice president and co-Chair of the ILTA Conference; and Tim Corcoran, vice president of Global Sales for Hubbard One.
