Thomson Reuters key author Dennis Wall reads book excerpt on lender force-placed insurance practices

One of those authors is Dennis J. Wall, an experienced litigator, mediator, and expert witness in Florida and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts, and an elected member of the American Law Institute.
His first book, “Litigation and Prevention of Insurer Bad Faith, 3d” (Third Edition; 2015 Supplement, Thomson Reuters West), has been called “the Bible of Bad Faith,” addressing over 5,000 cases, statutes and other legal authorities. He was also co-author of “Catastrophe Claims: Insurance Coverage for Natural and Man-Made Disasters” (Thomson Reuters West; 2015 Supplements).
